在高压火花光源振荡回路中,串联一半导体整流元件,形成高压整流火花光源.用此光源进行钢铁中钨、铝、硅元素光谱分析,提高了工作曲线的斜率和分析精密度.GH140是铁—镍基合金,其中含有钨、铝、钛、钼、硅等元素.采用高压火花进行光谱分析,钨、铝、硅等分析精密度低,工作曲线斜率仅0.5左右;后把高压火花改装成高压整流火花进行分析,解决了上述问题.同样对低合金钢38CrMoAlA进行了分析,铝元素的工作曲线斜率也从原来的0.4增加到0.7左右.
