目的探索放射性125I粒子近距离治疗恶性肿瘤的效果,为恶性肿瘤综合治疗寻求新的方法,提高治疗水平。方法采用术中、术后粒子植入术、食管支架捆绑粒子植入及CT引导下经皮穿刺粒子植入术,配合外放疗及化疗。结果 1年内共治疗19例,5个病种随访3～12个月,所有的患者都取得近期疗效。结论放射性125I粒子近距离治疗恶性肿瘤局部治疗效果满意。
Objective To explore the effect of radioactive 125I particles in the treatment of malignant tumors in close range and seek new ways for the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors and improve the treatment level. Methods Intraoperative and postoperative particle implantation, esophageal stent bundle implantation and CT guided percutaneous puncture particle implantation, with external radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results A total of 19 cases were treated within 1 year and 5 cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months. All patients achieved short-term curative effect. Conclusion Radioactive 125I particles in the local treatment of malignant tumors with satisfactory results.
