目的以响应面分析法优化孔石莼水溶性多糖提取工艺。方法以多糖得率为响应值,考察提取温度、提取时间、料液比对孔石莼多糖提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,利用Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,对孔石莼多糖提取工艺参数进行优化分析。结果孔石莼多糖提取的最优工艺条件为:提取温度91℃,提取时间1.1h,料液比1∶21。提取3次后,多糖得率为10.19%。结论实测值与响应曲面法回归模型的预测值接近,与模型高度拟合,该工艺简洁,得率较高,可用于孔石莼多糖的提取。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of water-soluble polysaccharides from stonefruit by response surface analysis. Methods The yield of polysaccharides was used as the response value to investigate the effects of extraction temperature, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the polysaccharides extraction rate. Based on the single factor experiment, the Box-Behnken central composite experiment and response surface analysis method were used to optimize the extraction process parameters of polysaccharide from Stonefly. Results The optimal extraction conditions for polysaccharides were as follows: extraction temperature 91 ℃, extraction time 1.1h, solid-liquid ratio 1:21. After 3 times of extraction, the yield of polysaccharide was 10.19%. Conclusion The measured values are close to those predicted by the response surface methodology and are highly fitted to the model. The proposed method is simple and has a high yield, which can be used for the extraction of polysaccharide from.
