今年,南京市在“市青优”的评选活动中,对每位侯选人进行了书面考核。100分的语文学科考核题中,写作占了一半,题目是:“请结合自己的语文教学实践(一堂课的教学,或一篇文章的教学,或一次语文活动的组织),写一篇文章,阐述对某个教育学原理或心理学原理的认识。”旨在考查理论联系实际的能力和语言表达能力。本刊选登该市教研室推荐的几篇佳作,供大家赏读、参考。这几篇文章,从内容看,有谈阅读教学的,有谈作文教学的;从写法看,有纪实性的,有散文式的;从语言看,有优美的,有平实的。其共同点是:都密切结合自身教学实践,或直接或间接地阐述了自己对语文学科特点及其相关理论的认识。实践出真知,理论来源于实践。从这个意义上说,虽然纯理论的探索始终需要,但我们更需要理论指导下的实践总结。细加推敲,这几篇文章都有不足之处,但均为规定时间内当场写成,很是难能可贵。现摘录几篇,以飨读者。我们认为:作为一名合格的语文教师,跟学生一样能当场作文,也该属一项基本功。 This year, Nanjing City conducted a written assessment of each candidate in the selection activities of “City Green”. Practice knows the truth and the theory comes from practice. In this sense, although the exploration of pure theory is always needed, we need a more practical summary under the guidance of theory. Carefully scrutiny, these articles have some shortcomings, but are written on the spot within a specified time, it is commendable. Excerpts are now read to readers. We believe that as a qualified language teacher, students can write on the spot as well as a basic skill.
