均衡教育即为整体教育,在教学中兼顾到所有学生,让他们接触到的学习资源相对均衡、接触到的教育条件也相对均衡,这与素质教育理念不谋而合。均衡教育追求的是在教育面前人人平等,提倡教师依据学生个性特点采用有目的性的教学方法。笔者以小学四年级语文阅读教学为切入点,通过对均衡教育的认真浅谈列举出一系列有效的教学途径。 Balanced education is the overall education, take into account all the students in teaching, so that they have access to a relatively balanced learning resources, access to education conditions are relatively balanced, which coincides with the concept of quality education.
