本文对用半微分极谱阳极溶出技术与预平衡络合滴定的方法测定海水表现络合容量出现的异常问题进行探讨,提出了数据处理改进的方法。在理论和实验上对表观络合容量测定结果的准确性进行了论证。通过对Cu、Pb、Cd表现络合容量的测定,分析确定铜作为测定表观络合容量时络合滴定参考金属的合理性。海口湾海域海水的表现铜络合容量变化范围为166.4~320.0nmol/dm3,平均值为240.9nmol/dm3,最高值出现在生活污水排污口,其他各站平面分布较为均匀;条件形成常数变化范围为3.46×10 ̄7~4.76×10 ̄8,平均值为1.7×10 ̄8.根据铜离子与海水中的有机络合剂的1:1络合模型及生物致毒游离态铜离子浓度的限制值,估算了海口湾海域海水对铜的自净容量,指出海口湾海水陆源排入铜浓度达7.43μg/dm3,仍对生物生长影响不大。
In this paper, the semi-differential polarographic anodic dissolution technology and the pre-equilibrium complexometric titration method to measure the abnormal performance of the sea water appeared complex capacity, put forward the data processing and improved methods. The accuracy of the determination result of apparent complexing capacity was demonstrated theoretically and experimentally. Through the determination of the complexation capacity of Cu, Pb and Cd, the rationality of the complexation titration of copper as the reference complex for determining the apparent complexing capacity was determined. Seawater performance in Haikou Bay area showed a change in copper complex capacity of 166.4-320.0 nmol / dm3 with an average of 240.9 nmol / dm3. The highest value appeared in the sewage outfall and the other stations were more evenly distributed. The formation of constant changes in the range of 3.46 × 10 ~ 7 ~ 4.76 × 10 ~ 8, with an average of 1.7 × 10 ~ 8. According to the 1: 1 complexation model of organic complexing agent in copper ion and seawater and the limiting value of bioactive copper ion concentration, the self-purification capacity of copper in seawater of Haikou Bay was estimated. Concentration of 7.43μg / dm3, still little effect on biological growth.
