本方法重点对矿石矿物中低含量及痕量的五氧化二钽及五氧化二铌的测定进行了研究。为了适应选矿工艺中分析样品数量多、时间紧(八小时报出结果)的要求,本方法未采用化学富集的手段,而是在改进仪器设备装置上做一定的工作,并对试样的化学处理采用了相应的措施,从而获得了较高的灵敏度和精密度。本方法充分地显示了ICP—AES法对难挥发元素灵敏度高,方法精密度好,抗干扰能力强,动态范围广的特点,大大改善了分析条件。方法概述如下:
