跨越式发展的鲜明主题,为宁夏今后一个时期各项事业的发展明确了航向。站在新的历史起点上,如何实现跨越式发展,成为当前最紧迫的任务。就盐池而言,要全面贯彻落实本次党代会精神,就是要大力发展“一白一黄一绿两黑”优势特色产业,并通过这些产业,使盐池率先在宁夏山区实现县域经济跨越式发展。
