网络营销其本质是一种商业信息的运行。所谓商业信息是可分解为商品信息、交易信息和感受信息三个要素。任何一种商业交换,其实都包含这三种信息,而基于互联网的营销方法就是根据企业经营的不同阶段,制定不同的信息运行策略,并主要通过网络方法来实现的营销设计与操作。客户与企业之间进行信息交换的循环,根据不同的阶段循环不同的信息要素,并分别对三个要素商品信息、交易信息、感受信息进行定制化处理。
