目的:通过对昆山市卫生监督机构人员配置情况的调查,分析人员配置结构及问题,为建立一支适应卫生监督体系建设现代化要求的队伍提供科学依据。方法:通过调查表,对昆山市卫生监督机构从业人员的基本情况进行调查,对得到的调查数据从年龄、学历、职称及所学专业等方面进行统计和分析。结果:昆山市卫生监督人员数量逐年增加,2012年达到150人,其中事业编制占90.21%,人员平均年龄为34.29岁,大专以上学历占92.31%,中级以上职称占44.06%,预防医学专业和法学专业分别占84.62%和33.57%,全市卫生监督人员综合素质评分平均得分为7.76分。结论:昆山市卫生监督人员以年富力强的中青年为主,年龄结构较为合理,学历水平较高,专业构成和职称分布较为合理,监督人员整体综合素质水平较高,但人员总量相对不足。建议进一步增加人员配置,加强培训,建设成一支高素质的复合型卫生监督队伍。
Objective: To provide a scientific basis for establishing a team that meets the requirements of modernizing the health supervision system through the investigation of the staffing situation of the health supervision agencies in Kunshan, analyzing the staffing structure and problems. Methods: Through the questionnaire, we investigated the employees in Kunshan health supervisory agencies and analyzed and analyzed the survey data from the aspects of age, academic record, job title, and majors. Results: The number of health supervisors in Kunshan City increased year by year, reaching 150 in 2012, of which 90.21% were staffed, 34.29% were college graduates, 92.31% were college graduates, and 44.06% were mid-level professors. The preventive medicine and law Professional accounted for 84.62% and 33.57%, the city’s health supervision personnel overall quality score average score of 7.76 points. Conclusion: The health supervisors in Kunshan city are mainly middle-aged and young people with ample prime of life. Their age structure is more reasonable, their academic qualifications are higher, their professional composition and professional titles are more reasonable, and the overall overall quality of supervisors is higher. It is suggested to further increase staffing, strengthen training and build a high-quality compound health supervision team.
