为使 MTT比色法得到更广泛的应用 ,对紫外与可见光分光分析仪测定细胞增殖 MTT比色法的实验条件进行了探索。结果发现 :以 5 mg/ m l MTT在 0 .1× 10 4~ 2 .4× 10 4细胞范围内进行检测 ,可获得较好的线性检测结果 (γ=0 .9872 )。与酶标仪直接测定比较 ,具有灵敏度高、数据准确、检测范围广 ,值得推广应用。
In order to make MTT colorimetric method to be more widely used, the experimental conditions of cell proliferation MTT colorimetric assay by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer were explored. The results showed that a good linearity detection (γ = 0.9872) was obtained when the MTT was 5 mg / m 1 in the range of 0.1 × 10 4 ~ 2. 4 × 10 4. Direct comparison with the microplate reader, with high sensitivity, accurate data, a wide range of detection, it is worth promoting the application.
