Inorganic perovskite solar cells and organic solar cells have received much attention in recent years.But it is becoming harder to improve their power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) due to the wide bandgap of the inorganic perovskites and the relatively high energy loss in organic solar cells.Fabricating tandem cells is an effective way to break their efficiency limits.In this work,we report an inorganic perovskite/organic tandem cell with CsPbI2Br perovskite front cell and D18∶Y6 organic rear cell.The best tandem cell exhibits a PCE of 20.18%,which is much higher than the PCEs of the single-junction CsPbI2Br cell (14.28%) and D18∶Y6 cell (15.23%).Moreover,the PCE of the tandem cell is much higher than the reported organic/organic and inorganic perovskite/organic tandem cells due to the reduced energy loss and the using of high-performance D 18∶Y6 organic subcell.
