在硫酸介质中以苯胺和MnSO4·H2O为单体,采用循环伏安法(CV)合成了Mn2+掺杂的聚苯胺(PANI)。利用红外光谱、X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜等手段对其结构和形貌进行了表征。在0.5mol/L H2SO4电解液中,对合成的粉末构成的电极进行了循环伏安、恒流充放电(CP)及交流阻抗(EIS)等电化学性能测试。结果表明,电化学合成Mn2+掺杂的PANI有良好的电化学电容性,以5mA/cm2的电流密度放电时比电容高达859F/g,循环500次后比电容保持在540F/g,是一种具有优良应用前景的超级电容器材料。
Mn2 + -doped polyaniline (PANI) was synthesized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) using aniline and MnSO4 · H2O as the monomers in a sulfuric acid medium. Its structure and morphology were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy. In 0.5 mol / L H2SO4 electrolyte, the electrochemical tests of cyclic voltammetry, constant current charge and discharge (CP) and alternating current impedance (EIS) were performed on the electrodes of the synthesized powders. The results show that the electrochemical synthesis of Mn2 + -doped PANI has good electrochemical capacitance, discharge capacity of 5mA / cm2 when the specific capacitance of up to 859F / g, after 500 cycles to maintain the specific capacitance of 540F / g, is a Super capacitor material with excellent application prospects.
