针对网络时代制造业企业对CAPP系统的现实要求,研究了以互联网为基础,以开放、通用、智能为特征的CAPP模型.模型采用数据库、Web服务器和客户端三层结构,实现了CAPP的在线服务.本文提出了一种称为基于层次实例推理的工艺生成方法,该方法将工艺计划分为工艺过程、工序和工步三个层次,并对这三个层次分别进行基于实例的分层推理,使工艺生成规则描述的随意性为基于粒度描述的规范性,降低了工艺规程组合和重用的粒度.由于采用基于层次的实例推理方法,使工艺生成既具派生又具创成的特征,提高了工艺生成的通用性和实用性.
