目的:通过化学方法测定西洋参中人参皂苷的资源含量,确保西洋参中的人参皂苷资源被充分利用,为那些以中药材为原料的制药工业提供可靠数据[1-4]。方法:使用高效液相色谱法测定西洋参不同部位的人参皂苷含量。结果:该方法成功测定西洋参不同部位的人参皂苷成分含量。结论:高效液相色谱法准确、迅速、简便,可作为评价人参属植物质量的有效分析方法。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of ginsenoside in Panax quinquefolius by chemical methods and to ensure that ginseng saponin resources in Panax quinquefolius L. are fully utilized, and provide reliable data for the pharmaceutical industry using traditional Chinese medicine as raw material [1-4]. Methods: The contents of ginsenosides in different parts of American ginseng were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The method was successfully used to determine the content of ginsenosides in different parts of American ginseng. Conclusion: HPLC is accurate, rapid and simple, and can be used as an effective method to evaluate the quality of Panax species.
