宫外孕临床诊断一般比较容易,但非典型宫外孕因无一般宫外孕的临床特点,往往给临床诊断带来一定困难。近年来,我院应用 B 超诊断非典型宫外孕54例,50例经手术证实。现报旨如下。资料与方法本组54例中,年龄最大39岁,最小20岁,平均29.5岁。初产妇32例,经产妇22例。妊娠最短28天,最长87天。无明显停经史6例,尿妊娠试验阴性23例,上环者8例,绝育1例,13～18天前曾作人流术6例,以下腹部包块就诊4例,无下腹剧痛3例。
Clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is generally relatively easy, but atypical ectopic pregnancy because no clinical features of ectopic pregnancy, often to clinical diagnosis has brought some difficulties. In recent years, our hospital application of B-ultrasound diagnosis of atypical ectopic pregnancy in 54 cases, 50 cases confirmed by surgery. The current message is as follows. Materials and Methods The group of 54 cases, the oldest 39 years old, the youngest 20 years old, average 29.5 years old. 32 cases of primipara, maternal 22 cases. The shortest 28 days of pregnancy, the longest 87 days. No obvious history of menopause in 6 cases, urine pregnancy test was negative in 23 cases, the ring in 8 cases, 1 case of sterilization, 13 to 18 days ago had abortion in 6 cases, the following abdominal mass in 4 cases, without abdominal pain in 3 cases .
