企业物资管理组织的职能,除了按时、按质、按量供应物资以外,还必须通过合理的组织管理实现物资部门的时间和空间效益,从而保证企业整体经济效益。但是长期以来被视为后勤兵的物资部门都忽视了它的第二职能,致使这部分经济效益大量流失。这除了思想认识问题以外,很大程度上还由于现行物资管理体制的不科学所致。 我们对部分冶金企业的物资管理组织机构情况进行了调查,归纳起来,普遍存在着以下几个问题。
The functions of the enterprise material management organization, in addition to supplying materials in time, quality, and quantity, must also realize the time and space benefits of the materials department through reasonable organization and management, so as to ensure the overall economic benefits of the enterprise. However, the material department that has long been considered as logistics personnel has neglected its second function, resulting in a large loss of this part of economic benefits. In addition to ideological and cognitive issues, this is largely due to the unscientific nature of the current material management system. We have investigated the situation of material management organizations in some metallurgical enterprises and summed up the following problems.
