山体滑坡、泥石流及地面沉降是最常见的地质灾害,因其危害大,发生迅速,容易对国家建设、人民生命、财产造成重大损失.在生产生活中,应规避风险,减小人类活动对诸如此类地质灾害的诱发影响因素,做到预防、治理、灾后救援相结合,有效减缓灾害及次生灾害对人类的影响.作为应急救援的武警水电部队,在发生灾情后,应发挥部队高度集权优势,及时有效地整合部队资源,从快从速开展应急救援行动;同时做到练战结合,提前做好各类应急救援措施、预案,提高整体救援能力.
