在0.1 mol/L HCl反应介质中,单独的硅钨酸(TS)与氧化苦参碱(OM)的共振瑞利散射(RRS)都非常微弱。当二者反应形成缔合物时将导致RRS显著增强,其最大散射峰位于393 nm处。OM在1.5~26.4μg/mL范围内其浓度与RRS强度成线性关系,检出限为2.3 ng/mL。方法已用于苦参素胶囊中OM的含量测定。并对反应机理及RRS与吸收光谱特征进行了比较研究。
Resonance Rayleigh Scattering (RRS) of silicotungstic acid (TS) alone with oxymatrine (OM) was very weak in 0.1 mol / L HCl reaction medium. When the two react to form associate, the RRS will be significantly enhanced, with the maximum scattering peak located at 393 nm. The concentration of OM in the range of 1.5 ~ 26.4μg / mL was linear with the RRS intensity with a detection limit of 2.3 ng / mL. The method has been applied to the determination of OM in Oxymatrine Capsules. The reaction mechanism and RRS and absorption spectra were compared.
