本文采用110对SSR引物分析28份花生栽培种资源(7份多粒型、5份龙生型、8份普通型和8份珍珠豆型)间的遗传差异,其中有46对引物在不同品种间检测出2 ̄9个等位基因,多态性信息量(PIC)为0.080 ̄0.869。对28份材料的聚类分析表明,SSR聚类结果与根据形态特征的分类结果基本一致,但在多粒型品种上存在一定差异。标记pPGSseq15C12在本研究中所有的珍珠豆型品种上均扩增出特异性条带,序列分析表明该标记在珍珠豆型与其它类型间扩增片段的差异是由于ATT重复次数不同所致。
In this study, 110 pairs of SSR primers were used to analyze the genetic differences among 28 peanut cultivars (7 multi-grain type, 5 dragon-type, 8 normal and 8 pearl-type), including 46 pairs of primers Between 2 and 9 alleles were detected, and the amount of polymorphic information (PIC) was 0.080 ~ 0.869. Sequence analysis showed that the difference between the amplified fragments of pearl bean type and other types was due to the different number of ATT repeats.
