采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES),对攀枝花、昆明两地的野巴子所含铜、铁、锰、锌、铝、镉、铅、钛和砷等元素质量比进行测定.检出限为0.002 9~0.079mg/L,相对标准偏差均低于2%,回收率为96.00%~109.09%.结果表明不同地区的野巴子含有丰富的元素,其中铁和铝的质量比最高,锰、锌和钛质量比中等,铜、镉和铅质量比最低,但不同地区野巴子的元素质量比是不同的,这可能与生长环境有关系.
The mass ratio of copper, iron, manganese, zinc, aluminum, cadmium, lead, titanium and arsenic contained in wild pods in Panzhihua and Kunming was determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) .The detection limits were 0.002 9-0.079 mg / L, the relative standard deviations were less than 2% and the recoveries were 96.00% -109.09% .The results showed that the wild Baizai was rich in elements in different areas, and the mass ratio of iron to aluminum Highest, manganese, zinc and titanium than the medium quality, copper, cadmium and lead the lowest mass ratio, but different parts of the wild patern elemental mass ratio is different, which may be related to the growth environment.
