在大型灭菌柜(20m~3)中观察了环氧乙烷对HBsAg的破坏作用。结果表明,温度上升可提高其消毒效果;柜室内上层物品较底层易于消毒;摆放方法对灭菌效果无明显影响;HBsAg对环氧乙烷抗力较枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞为强。
The destruction of HBsAg by ethylene oxide was observed in a large sterilizer (20m ~ 3). The results showed that the increase of temperature could improve the disinfection effect; the upper compartment of the cabinet was easier to disinfect than the bottom; the placement method had no obvious effect on the sterilization effect; HBsAg was more resistant to ethylene oxide than Bacillus subtilis var.
