56例上皮性卵巢癌Ⅲ期病例分为2组:Ⅰ组4例:3例为镜下阳性的Ⅲ期上皮性卵巢癌,1例经过首次细胞减灭术为无肉眼可见肿瘤,术后只用P-32治疗,未行二次探查术(二探术),5年生存率为100％;Ⅱ组52例,均为首次细胞减灭术后接受CAP化疗,再进行二探术和二次细胞减灭术,术后单独P-32辅助治疗(35例)或者除P-32治疗外再接受二线化疗(17例)。根据二探术时肿瘤情况分为3组:①二探术
