Researchers have been able to diagnose the causes of nausea such as dizziness and tinnitus by tracing the electrical pulses of the ear. Millions of Americans have been deeply jeopardized by the disease, which can sometimes be crippled. The inner ear has the function of maintaining the balance of the body. Therefore, when the lymphatic fluid of the inner ear flows into the middle ear, this abnormality often causes dizziness, hearing loss, pressure, pain or tinnitus. Head injury, weight lifting, excessive force, blowing nose or sudden changes in atmospheric pressure can cause the inner ear perforation or fissure. Known as perilymph fistula. Dr William Mayerhoff, of the Texas Southern Medical Center in Dallas, has been able to determine whether there is a disorder of the inner ear lymph fluid by studying various electrical pulse patterns in the inner ear. At present, for such patients only through a simple out-patient surgery, that is transplanted in the fistula
