目的综述脱细胞基质在组织工程气管中的研究现状、进展及未来前景。方法广泛查阅脱细胞基质在组织工程气管研究中的相关文献,对不同脱细胞基质修复人和动物气管病损的研究现状进行综合分析。结果气管组织工程应用的脱细胞基质包括空肠、膀胱、主动脉和气管。结论脱细胞膀胱基质及空肠基质在修复气管小范围非环形病损中具有较好效果,脱细胞主动脉基质在长段气管病损中的应用还需进一步研究,脱细胞气管基质在长段气管病损中具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To summarize the research status, progress and future prospects of acellular matrix in tissue engineering trachea. Methods The literature about acellular matrix in tracheal tissue engineering is widely available, and the current research status of tracheal tissue damage in ameliorating human and animal models with different acellular matrixes is analyzed comprehensively. Results Acellular matrix for tracheal tissue engineering included jejunum, bladder, aorta and trachea. Conclusion Acellular matrix of bladder and jejunum in the repair of small non-circular lesions of the trachea has a good effect, aortic stromal amebocyte damage in the long-term needs further study, acellular tracheal matrix in the long-term trachea Lesions have a good prospect.
