There are various ways of antibiotic susceptibility testing of bacteria. The agar dilution method is a quantitative test that measures the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of an antibacterial agent against bacteria. This method is more troublesome. Agar diffusion method is a qualitative and sensitivity test method, using regression analysis can make the results associated with the minimum inhibitory concentration of bacteria.
