过渡湾水电站根据大坝各部位对混凝土性能的不同设计要求,将大坝划分为6个区,分别对各区混凝土进行配合比设计及性能试验。为了充分利用当地材料资源,对当地水泥、磷渣掺合料。纸浆废液及砂石骨料等材料进行了品质鉴定。通过大量的混凝土性能试验,选择出满足大坝6个部位设计要求的合理混凝土配合比。在混凝土配合比设计中,对磷渣的掺量、大坝内部混凝土的绝热温升及纸浆废液的利用等进行了试验分析。
