对 2 0种苜蓿在低温下叶片膜脂脂肪酸的组分和变化进行分析 ,确定了棕榈稀酸和亚麻酸为苜蓿的抗寒指标性脂肪酸。
The components and changes of membrane fatty acids in 20 alfalfa varieties at low temperature were analyzed. The results showed that the fatty acid of palm cold acid and linolenic acid were alfalfa cold-resistant index fatty acids.
