为探讨质外体抗冻蛋白能否作为冬油菜抗寒评价的一项新指标,本研究利用SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳对白菜型冬油菜‘陇油7号’和‘陇油9号’与优质春油菜Parkland及其杂交F1代质外体抗冻蛋白进行了检测。结果表明,低温胁迫前所有单株质外体抗冻蛋白电泳图谱颜色浅,其含量较低。低温胁迫后,各单株质外体抗冻蛋白电泳图谱颜色加深,含量增加,且单株间差异较大。冬性亲本和能够越冬单株质外体抗冻蛋白电泳图谱颜色深,而春性亲本与不能越冬单株的颜色浅。由此说明,质外体抗冻蛋白作为抗寒评价的新指标是可行的,试验中筛选出的一些抗寒性状优良的单株,可为冬油菜抗寒品种的选育和改良提供一定的基础材料和理论依据。
In order to investigate whether the apoplast antifreeze protein could be used as a new index to evaluate the cold resistance of winter rapeseed, SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis was used to evaluate the effect of antifreeze protein on the winter rapeseed (Longyou 7 and Longyou 9) High-quality spring rapeseed Parkland and its hybrid F1 progeny anti-freeze protein were tested.
