根据《湖北省企业工资指导线制度试行办法》的有关规定,为加强对企业工资分配的宏观指导,使企业工资微观分配与国家宏观政策相协调,与我省国民经济相适应,现将我省2000年度企业工资指导线发布如下:一、1999年全省宏观经济和社会发展状况1999年,我省国民经济呈平衡发展态势,国民经济运行质量提高,国有企业改革和脱困工作取得进展,大幅度增加了城镇中低收入者的收入,城乡人民生活继续改善。据统计,当年完成国内生产总值3857.99亿元,比上年增长8.3%,高于全国平均水平0.6个百分点。全省实现财政收入325.22亿元。比上年增长12.1%,其中地方财政收入204.76亿元,比上年增长17.2%。全部职工工资总额420.4亿元,比上年增长4.39%;平均工资5931元,比上年增长

The income of urban middle- and low-income people has increased, and the lives of urban and rural residents have continued to improve. According to statistics, the country’s GDP was 385.79 billion yuan, an increase of 8.3% over the previous year and 0.6% higher than the national average. The province achieved financial revenue of 32.522 billion yuan. It increased by 12.1% over the previous year, of which local fiscal revenue was 20.476 billion yuan, an increase of 17.2% over the previous year. The total wages of all workers were 42.04 billion yuan, an increase of 4.39% over the previous year; the average salary was 5931 yuan, an increase over the previous year.
