Objective: To study the effect of mild asphyxia history on urination and urine output after newborn was born for 7 days. Methods: A total of 89 newborn babies delivered at our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were divided into observation group (history of mild asphyxia, n = 44) and control group (no history of asphyxiation, n = 45). The changes of urination and urine output of two groups were compared. Results: During the observation period, the total number of urination of neonates in two groups was 685, including 447 in the observation group and 238 in the control group. The average number of urination in the observation group (8.82 + 2.81) was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, urinary output, residual urine volume, conscious urination rate and bladder emptying rate The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); normal weight group urination frequency was 291 times, weight normal group was 156 times. The average frequency of micturition in low-weight group was significantly higher than that in normal-weight group (9.61 ± 3.12 vs 20.55 ± 7.16, m1) (P <0.05). The residual urine volume , There was no significant difference in clear urination rate and bladder emptying rate (P> 0.05). Conclusions: Neonates with mild history of asphyxia may increase the frequency of urination, mild urinary incontinence, average urination frequency of low birth weight infants, urination may increase each time.
