采暖用小型热水锅炉,由于水质和承循环工况不良,运行中易发生受热面变形、开裂事故。1987年冬季取暖期,我市相继发生了十余起这类事故,其中某学校一台SZW250-7/95—A型锅炉水管变形、破裂事故较为典型。该炉原设计为蒸汽锅炉,出厂时由厂家改为热水锅炉。1982年冬季投入运行,实际运行压力为0.3MPa,出口水温80℃左右,水处理采取了炉内加药的方法。1987年12月12日,运行中炉门右侧第一根水冷壁管靠近根部处破裂,炉水呈射流状从破口喷出。随之又发现炉膛内有数根水冷壁
