通过马歇尔击实试验和旋转压实试验,研究不同压实方式对温拌沥青混合料压实特性的影响。以AC-13F为例,分析了成型方式和压实次数对温拌沥青混合料体积参数的影响,并采用热拌沥青混合料进行对比。结果表明:采用旋转压实法成型的试件密度大于击实法;在压实次数为50次时,试件体积参数对成型方法和沥青混合料类型均不敏感等,为温拌沥青混合料的设计和施工提供了对比参数。
Through Marshall compaction test and rotary compaction test, the effect of different compaction methods on the compaction characteristics of warm mix asphalt mixture was studied. Taking AC-13F as an example, the influence of molding method and compaction times on the volume parameters of warm-mix asphalt mixture was analyzed and compared with hot-mix asphalt mixture. The results show that the density of the specimen formed by rotary compaction method is higher than that of compaction method; when the compaction times is 50 times, the volume parameters of the specimen are not sensitive to the forming method and the type of asphalt mixture, The design and construction provided comparative parameters.
