应用日立835-50型氨基酸自动分析仪测定阿苯达唑作用体外培养猪囊虫的氨基酸含量。比较体外培养72h的囊虫组织和囊液的用药组与对照组的游离氨基酸含量。结果显示囊组织的17种氨基酸中,12种有非常显著性差异,3种有显著性差异;囊液则在检出14种游离氨基酸中,1种有非常显著性差异,13种无统计学意义。提示阿苯达唑首先作用于囊虫组织。比较阿苯达唑作用72h和96h的囊虫组织中6种游离氨基酸含量,显示后者5种游离氨基酸含量均减少,其中4种有非常显著性差异,1种有显著性差异;表明随着药物作用时间延长,氨基酸含量也减少。
Determination of the amino acid content of swine cysticercosis cultured with albendazole by Hitachi 835-50 automatic amino acid analyzer. The contents of free amino acids in the cysticercus and cyst fluid-treated group and control group in vitro cultured for 72h were compared. The results showed that among the 17 kinds of amino acids, 12 of 12 kinds of amino acids had very significant difference, and 3 kinds of them had significant difference. Among the 14 kinds of free amino acids, one of them had very significant difference significance. Tip albendazole first role in cysticercosis. Comparing the contents of 6 kinds of free amino acids in the cysticercus of 72h and 96h after albendazole treatment, the contents of 5 kinds of free amino acids in the latter were decreased, 4 of them had very significant difference and 1 had significant difference; Prolonged drug action, amino acid content also decreased.
