目的建立行之有效的死亡报告和质量控制体系,提高金山区死亡统计质量。方法建立殡葬火化与户口注销相挂钩、公安户籍管理与疾病控制部门死亡信息共享的死亡报告体系。建立以数据透视技术等方法为质量控制手段的死亡报告质量控制体系,对死亡报告的完整性、及时性和准确性进行综合评价。结果在死亡报告的完整性上,2009年疾病控制部门死亡统计人数仅较公安部门少16例;在死亡报告的及时性上,死亡日期早于2009年1月1日的病例不到报告总数的0.47%;在死亡报告的准确性方面,各类死因在诊断依据、诊断单位和死亡地点的分布上都较为合理,未发现有异常分布的现象,结论金山区已建立了一套较为可行的死亡报告和质量控制体系,但仍需要在及时获取在外省市死亡的病例信息、完善死亡报告全过程的质量监测等方面作进一步的努力。
Objective To establish an effective death report and quality control system to improve the quality of death statistics in Jinshan District. Methods A death reporting system was established to link funeral cremation with account cancellation, public security household registration and death control information sharing among disease control departments. The establishment of a quality control system for reporting of deaths that uses methods such as data fluoroscopy as a quality control method provides a comprehensive assessment of the completeness, timeliness and accuracy of the death reports. Results In the completeness of the death report, in 2009, the number of deaths in the disease control department was only 16 fewer than that in the public security department. In terms of the timeliness of the death report, the number of deaths earlier than January 1, 2009 was less than the total reported 0.47% .In the accuracy of death report, all kinds of cause of death were more reasonable on the basis of diagnosis, diagnosis unit and death place, and no abnormal distribution was found. Conclusion Jinshan District has established a set of feasible death Report and quality control system, but still need to make timely efforts to obtain timely information on case deaths in other provinces and municipalities and improve the quality monitoring of the entire death report.
