薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理重要组成部分,良好的薪酬管理能够激发企业员工的工作热情和积极性,从而加强企业员工的归属感,最终增强企业的竞争力,实现经济效益的提高。在现代化的企业发展中,薪酬管理仍存在着一些问题,影响着企业的发展。本文将分析企业在薪酬管理中存在的问题,并针对问题提出一些企业薪酬管理制度的对策,以适应企业的长远发展。
Salary management is an important part of human resources management in enterprises.
