我院1985年1月至1990年2月应用显微外科技术行输精管吻合共31例。随访28例,全部通畅。术后半年以上者25例,随访妊娠率91％,报告如下。一、一般资料年龄31～46岁,农民22例,工人4例,干部5例。结扎时间:2～13年,平均6.3年。要求复通原因:再婚6例,术后疼痛1例,术后小孩病残2例,术后小孩死亡4例,政策允许生育2胎者18例。二、技术操作局部麻醉,作长于结节直径的皮肤切口,常规分离,显露输精管,于10倍镜下解剖出
Our hospital from January 1985 to February 1990 application of microsurgical techniques in a total of 31 cases of vas deferens anastomosis. Follow-up of 28 cases, all smooth.
