我们自１９９５年至１９９８年间采用ＥＬＦ方案治疗晚期胃癌１８例，现将近期疗效报告如下。１　材料与方法１８例中，男性１４例，女性４例，男女比为３．５∶１，年龄２７～７６岁，中位年龄５９岁。均经组织学或细胞学确诊，其中腺癌１２例，粘液腺癌及印戒细胞癌各２例， We used the ELF regimen in the treatment of 18 cases of advanced gastric cancer from 1995 to 1998. We report the short-term efficacy as follows. 1 Materials and Methods In 18 cases, there were 14 males and 4 females. The male to female ratio was 3.5:1, and the age ranged from 27 to 76 years. The median age was 59 years. All were diagnosed by histology or cytology, including 12 cases of adenocarcinoma, 2 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma and 2 cases of signet ring cell carcinoma.
