我厂产品有一类零件如图1所示。此类零件及其刻线特点有三:一是有多种尺寸规格(d为115~345mm、H为28~50mm);二是刻线每格1°,在半圆周180个分度中要刻0~180°共181条线,为提高工效,主轴转一转,应能加工出两个工件。而机床主轴应在圆周360个分度中,刻出两个工件上总数为362条刻线;三是工艺要求刻线深度0.4mm。采用通用圆刻线机,效果不太理勰。今介绍自制圆刻线机,供参考。
