针对特高压工程施工的特点,提出采用索道输送预拌混凝土,以达到环保高效的目的。试验结果表明:C25抗离析超保坍稳态混凝土的凝结时间可延长至20 h以上,混凝土在模拟晃动下放置2 h以上不泌水、不离析,不经过二次搅拌可直接浇筑。该研究为山区特高压工程绿色、快捷施工提供了技术保障。
According to the characteristics of UHV construction, it is proposed that the ready-mixed concrete should be transported by cable to achieve the goal of environmental protection and high efficiency. The experimental results show that the setting time of C25 anti-segregation super-defactory steady concrete can be prolonged to more than 20 h, concrete can not be separated after being placed under simulated shaking for more than 2 h, and can be directly cast without secondary agitation. The study provides technical support for green and quick construction of UHV engineering in mountainous areas.
