晶粒取向硅钢生产工艺过程包括硅钢的冶炼、浇注、热轧、冷轧、最终织构退火、涂层等工序。涂层水溶液由4～30％磷酸盐离子,<6％镁离子,5～34％硅溶胶及0.15～6％六价铬组成。烧结温度不低于650℃。 Grain-oriented silicon steel production process includes the smelting, casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, the final texture annealing, coating and other processes.
