以乙酸和异丙醇为原料,硫酸为催化剂,催化合成了乙酸异丙酯。合成试验的最佳反应条件为:第一釜以6摩尔异丙醇为基准,酸醇摩尔比为1.3:1.0,催化剂用量为8ml,全回流和釜底回流相结合,釜底液最高温度111℃,酯收率达到68%;从第二釜起,利用前一釜反应余液作母液,以6摩尔醋酸为基准,酸醇摩尔比为1:1.08,物料平衡达到最佳,酯收率保持在98.4%~101.3%。精馏后,酯纯度达到99.5%以上。该合成精馏方法简便实用。
