针对脉冲电晕放电湿法复合除尘技术展开理论和试验研究。通过理论研究,探究了复合除尘的工作机理和引发电子崩的4类初始电子来源,分析出了不可控内因对放电过程的影响,获得以下结论:水分子在一定程度上可以代替氮气发生电离,水雾的存在降低了金属表面势垒,有助于发生电晕放电;产生的离子风有助于增大荷电粒子有效驱进速度,并增大荷电粒子的凝聚概率。通过试验研究表明:脉冲电晕放电湿法除尘能够有效提高除尘效率,最大除尘效率可达98.8%;试验存在的最佳喷水压力为0.4 MPa;除尘效率随脉冲电压的增大而增大。
Aiming at the corona discharge pulse wet compound dedusting technology, theoretical and experimental studies are carried out. Through theoretical research, we explored the working mechanism of composite dust removal and the four types of initial electron sources that triggered the electron collapse, analyzed the influence of the uncontrollable internal cause on the discharge process, and got the following conclusions: The water molecules can replace nitrogen ionization to a certain extent, The presence of water vapor reduces the potential barrier of the metal surface and is conducive to corona discharge. The generated ion wind helps to increase the effective driving speed of the charged particles and increase the probability of agglomeration of the charged particles. The experimental results show that the wet dedusting by pulse corona discharge can effectively improve the dedusting efficiency, the maximum dedusting efficiency can reach 98.8%, the optimum water pressure under test is 0.4 MPa, and the dedusting efficiency increases with pulse voltage.
