以浙江省第一个侨乡留守儿童“快乐之家”的建立和成长为例,探讨社会工作专业在推进专业服务、提升社会关注、聚集资源和提升专业社会声望中的实践经验和不足。这些积极的实践包括社会参与、社会调查、专业服务、社会倡导的综合推进,其角色相应的表现为研究者、直接服务者和倡导者。但作为高校开展的实践基地的专业实践,角色担当亦遇到不少困境。
Taking the establishment and growth of left-behind children “Happy House ” as the hometown of the first overseas Chinese in Zhejiang Province for an example, this paper explores the practical experience and shortcomings of social work majors in promoting professional services, enhancing social attention, gathering resources and enhancing professional social prestige . These positive practices include the comprehensive promotion of social participation, social investigation, professional services and social advocacy, whose corresponding roles are as researchers, direct service providers and advocates. However, as a professional practice carried out by colleges and universities as a practical base, roles have also encountered many difficulties.
