The mine described in this article was discovered in the fall of 1957. The mine is located in the middle of the Yanshan quasi-terrane, a high-mesothermal hydrothermal fissure fill (metasomatic) deposit born in Upper Sinian flintstone. There are two quartz porphyries distributed in the mining area. They are vein-shaped and distributed along the north-east-east direction limestone to the fault zone. The fault zone extends about 2,000 meters. The polymetallic mineralization is developed along the adjacent fault zone (mainly the upper plate). The eastern part is dominated by iron and copper. The western part is mainly lead-zinc, and the metal minerals are basically primary. The distribution of mineralization is mainly controlled by tectonic faults and has no direct genetic relationship with quartz porphyry.
