红细胞是重要的血液组成成分,其在健康成年人体内主要由骨髓产生,通过参与On 2和COn 2运输,维持机体正常生理活动。红细胞生成涉及复杂的调控网络,其中转录调控对于红细胞生成至关重要,对红系谱系确立、红细胞分化、成熟,以及血红蛋白(Hb)生成等,均发挥重要作用。此过程涉及GATA转录因子、Kruppel样转录因子(KLF)及叉头转录因子等多种重要转录因子。笔者拟就上述转录因子在红细胞生成中的调控机制的研究进展进行综述。n “,”Erythrocytes are important components of the blood. Erythrocytes are mainly produced by the bone marrow in healthy adults and maintain normal physiological activities by participating in the delivery of On 2 and COn 2. The progress of erythropoiesis involves complex regulation network, in which transcriptional regulation is crucial. Many transcription factors are involved in the progress of commitment of erythroid lineage, differentiation and maturity of erythrocytes and synthesis of hemoglobin (Hb). This article will review the progress of transcriptional regulation in erythropoiesis, mainly focus on GATA transcription factors, Kruppel-like transcription factors (KLF) and forkhead transcription factors.n
