1台JYL615型轮胎式液压挖掘机由于长期使用破碎锤作业,造成动臂与斗杆连接处的销套产生裂缝。进而导致销套下部的钢板也产生裂缝。如果对裂缝直接施焊,会使应力集中部位产生微小焊接裂纹。为此我们在实践中总结了一种方法,可以有效防止裂纹产生。现将该方法介绍如下:分析认为:应对焊缝进行处理、设置加强筋、合理选择焊条和焊机,并且在焊接过程中采取必要的焊接质量保证措施。1.焊缝处理
