大庆30万吨乙烯工程施工中,遇到13种规格的460米钛管的焊接,从φ33.7×1.5毫米到φ508×4.5毫米共128个安装焊口。其中φ60.3×2毫米有77个焊口。钛管预制件为西德进口,材料类似于我国的工业纯钛。现场安装焊口有80％以上是与弯头相接,这些弯头与直管连接端无直线段,制作保护罩和焊接都比较困难。本文主要介绍安装焊口最多的φ60.3×2毫米的钛管接头的全位置自动氩弧焊。
Daqing 300,000 tons of ethylene construction encountered 13 specifications of the 460-meter titanium tube welding, from φ33.7 × 1.5 mm to φ508 × 4.5 mm a total of 128 installation of welding. Of which φ60.3 × 2 mm have 77 welding mouth. Titanium pre-fabricated parts imported from West Germany, the material is similar to China’s industrial pure titanium. Weld on-site installation of more than 80% are elbow phase, these elbows and straight pipe connection without straight section, the production of protective cover and welding are more difficult. This article describes the installation of the largest weld φ60.3 × 2 mm titanium fittings full position automatic welding.
