脂松香在常规条件下是一种坚硬、无定形的透明物质。这种状态在大多种场合下是稳定而符合玻璃状态的标准的:松香有特殊的贝壳状裂痕,在德拜图上没有结晶相所特有的线条。然而,松香在制取和再加工过程中,无定形的稳定性往往被破坏,而转化为热动力学上较稳定的结晶状态。因此,研究脂松香结晶有重要的意义。本文记叙了用差热法(ДТА)和Х—射线结构法(PCA)分析研究脂松香结晶的结果。
Gum rosin is a hard, amorphous, clear substance under normal conditions. This condition is stable and glassy in most cases: Rosin has a special shell-like rift with no unique lines on the Debye plot. However, during the preparation and re-processing of rosin, the amorphous stability is often destroyed and converted into a more thermodynamically stable crystalline state. Therefore, the study of lipid rosin crystallization of great significance. This paper describes the results of Drosophila crystals analyzed by differential thermal analysis (ДТА) and Х-ray structure method (PCA).
