目的:研究瓦山安息香(Styrax perkinsiae)树皮的化学成分。方法:运用多种层析方法进行分离纯化, 并应用波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果:从该植物的树皮中分离得到10个化合物, 鉴定为 5-(2-propen-1-one)-7-methoxy-2-(3, 4-methylene-dioxyphenyl) benzofuran(1)、1′′-hydryoxyegonol gentiobioside (2)、obassioside B (3)、5-(3-羟基)丙基-7-甲氧基-2-(3, 4-二氧亚甲基苯基)苯并呋喃(4)、egonol-葡萄糖苷(5)、egonol-龙胆双糖苷(6)、egonol-龙胆三糖苷(7)、styraxlignolide B (8)、styraxjaponoside C(9)、masutakesideI(10)。结论:化合物1和2为新的2-苯基苯并呋喃类化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the bark of Styrax perkinsiae. Methods: Various chromatographic methods were used for purification and identification, and their structures were identified by spectral methods. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the bark of the plant and identified as 5- (2-propen-1-one) -7-methoxy-2- (3,4- methylene-dioxyphenyl) benzofuran ’-hydryoxyegonol gentiobioside (2), obassioside B (3), 5- (3-hydroxy) propyl-7- methoxy-2- (3,4- dioxomethylenephenyl) benzofuran 4), egonol-glucoside (5), egonol-gentiobioside (6), egonol-gentiantriose (7), styraxlignolide B (8), styraxjaponoside C (9), masutakeside I (10). Conclusion: Compounds 1 and 2 are new 2-phenyl benzofuran compounds.
